Posted: 06/01/2014 Name: Bob Williams Message: I have received several emails from the public asking why the Memorial Marker flags were only placed around the Dahlonega square for Memorial Day. My response has been that I suspect there has been a major decline in the number of volunteers to set out the flags. If you are visiting here looking for answers, please, contact the Blue Mountain Lodge #38 or the Dahlonega Veteran's Committee and volunteer to help place the markers for the next event. |
