I'm writing this with tears in my eyes, I came down here to London, United Kingdom for a short vacation unfortunately i was mugged at the park of my way to hotel where i stayed, all cash, credit card and cell were stolen off me but luckily for me i still have my passports with me. I've been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all and my flight leaves shortly from now but am having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let me leave until i settle the bills, I'm freaked out at the moment -- Brian

Message: With all the talk about "Changing Standards" I have a question for the older RIs. Back in my day, they had seperate classes for the weekend warriors. NG, Reserve etc...were they held to the same standards as the RA students? and, call it a standard change, or policy change, but I recall, after the 2 students died in Fl during class 2-77 from Hyperthermia, I believe. Policy dictated students would not get wet if the temp dipped below a certain degree.

Message: Everyone should make a special effort to read the article in Army Times about women in Ranger School. It is happening. The part that bothers me is where it mentions different requirements for women. I knew that was coming, but hoped it wouldn't. It will be a shame if anyone, man or woman, is ever awarded a Ranger Tab while meeting lower requirements than others.
