Message: I saw in today's news that Chief of Staff of the Army, General Ray Odierno, said that admitting women to Ranger School was a natural progression now that women are in combat. He said the issue is being studied. I have to admit, I thought it was all a joke. Now I find the Chief of Staff actively studying and maybe supporting the concept. I can not sufficiently express my sadness about this whole thing.

Message: The Dawsonville Moonshine Distillery and The Georgia Racing Hall of Fame are hosting the 1st Annual Moonshiners Reunion on Saturday 20 July 2013 (Moon Day) starting at 1200 noon until 1700 (or 5pm for those who have forgotten). We are giving free tours and free samples of Georgia Corn Whiskey at the Distillery if any of you guys and gals wish to come by. Y’all may not qualify as real moonshiners, but I’m sure most of you visited the “FBL” at one time or another; so you are most likely bootleggers. Close enough. The Distillery is located on Highway 53 in Dawsonville, next to Food Lion and in the same building as the Ga. Racing Hall of Fame and The Dawsonville City Hall. I hope to see some of you there.

Open House is 25 April 2015 making our CCO that day too with the Fish Fry the night before.

Forget about parking with all the construction; Camp is working logistics on that.
