Posted: 12/31/1969 Name: Ross Hall Message: I was just down at the Camp at the NCO club and up on the wall is the photo from '58, the helicopter and snow. No one seemed to know who hung it there. I was there by request of a photo journalist who works free lance for CNN, Fox and History Channel. He was doing a documentary on Ranger training. Been there two weeks, leaving tomorrow for Darby. Some kind soul told him I wrote a book, etc etc. Anyway, I gave him one--he asked for it--and he's real interested in the new one. Looks like some good press for the RTB. |
