Message: My prayers are with Ivan...

Houston - a little more explanation on Tricare please? If I understand correctly, there are two types of Tricare - prime and standard/extra. (and TFL past a certain age) Prime appears to be HMO-based while Standard/Extra depends on whether you see in-network or non-network. I don't know, but I would think that Ivan's situation would have required prior authorization no matter which Tricare he had. I'd like to hear the real differences between the 2 Tricare plans and would appreciate input, experience, advise. Thanks!

I would like some help concerning this matter. First of all I would like to say that Steve Beltran and had a real good time at the reunion this month. We saw a few friends that we hadn't seen in 35-40 years. Steve received the planning bay plaque that was put up during the last year. It is my understanding that it was taken down and is stored behind the bar at the NCO club. Steve did not have a chance to pick it up before he and his wife had to leave. I would like to pick it up and ship it UPS to him in California. I do not get up to Dahlonega very often, however, next Wednesday on the 23rd at 9:00am,I have a dentist appointment with Doctor Bork on camp road. I would like to swing by the camp and pick up the plaque around 10:30am. I don't know when the club opens. If it doesn't open that early I would like the plaque taken up to the HQ's building so I could pick it up there. If anyone can help me with please post or e-mail me. It would be greatly appreciated. Message: Lt. Fuzz has done a great job as Secretary. For those of us at a distance, his minutes have been a great way of keeping up with the association. Thank you, Mark, for all you have done, and thank you Bob for taking on the task of filling those shoes.
