Posted: 12/31/1969 Name: Mike Keohane Message: SitRep : At 20:00 hours, I finished peeling 210 medium size shrimp and started to make my shrimp stock with the peels. I will be pre-cooking off and on tomorrow and will load everything Thursday morning. Since the meeting will start at 19:00 hours, I will be ready to start serving the shrimp gumbo at 18:30 hours.
