Posted: 12/31/1969 Name: Chuck Windham, Secretary Message: This is official notification that, in accordance with Article VI, bylaws of the U S Mountain Ranger Association, a vote to a proposed admendment offered in the August 2014 meeting will be held during the November 6th, 2014 meeting. The proposed admendment is to increase the USMRA scholarship(s) from $500.00 to $1,000.00, provided the Association has the funds. Futher, the Association will vote on a pending motion as to how the increase in funding will be provided. A vote to amend the by-laws requires a 60 day notice, and a two-thirds majority of those members present. |
