Posted: 12/31/1969 Name: Mark Jordan Message: ...Al Parten, VP, needs some immediate help Rangers of the Dahlonega area...his recent troubles have left him skinned alive and for a few weeks he's stayed at my oasis in the Barlow Homes... ...Larry King told me this morning that he needs to be somewhere else by Friday since the rules and regs of HUD control the whole thing... ...He's hurting Rangers...and he cooks and cleans like I'm telling Larry King, "could be a don't ask don't tell thing"...I sleep on the floor in the den like I did in the woods and he's welcome but... ...the woods take a bit of seasoning of the soul and right now Al needs some comfortable normalcy... ...and I'm waiting on the Governor for the minutes of the last meeting...they should be posted before Thursday, don't you think?... ...time to lead Rangers... ...RLTW!... ...Mark Jordan |

At least, we have a bier in one hand and a wurst in the other. So, I will not be at Thursday's meeting. Wish there were more Rangers and Ranger Instructors here - we few need some help in eating all this good food and drinking all the good bier. See everybody in September. RLTW |
